Are these Moil’s real prices?

No. Moil is in preview, and every number on this page is a placeholder so the layout has something to show. Final pricing will be published here before any account is billed.

What would be metered?

vCPU and memory while a box is running, by the second; disk for as long as a box exists; and outbound traffic past a monthly allowance. Inbound traffic is not metered.

Does a paused box cost anything?

In this model a paused or stopped box stops accruing compute. Only the disk it keeps counts.

How are CI runners counted?

A runner is a box that lives for one job, so it is metered like any other box for the minutes it runs.
